NEW REGIME was signed to the RCA label in the mid 80s. The debut album was styled as Euro new wave with a rock edge.
The second album, The Race, swung deeper into the rock music genre interwoven with an edgy techno approach that was certainly cutting edge for its time.
NEW REGIME toured Canada coast to coast, often playing many of the country's largest and most prestigious venues, and was consistently praised for its dynamic and exciting live appearances.
